The FRC Foundation Mission
To support the mission of Feather River College by:
Serving as a liaison between the community and the college. Facilitating public contributions and fundraising efforts to help the college. Enriching the college’s student life, programs, and events.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is made up of community members, and Feather River College staff and administration. The responsibility of the Board of Directors is to set the policies for the Foundation that adhere to the mission of the Foundation. The board is accountable for the management of the Foundation’s assets and oversees the investments, grant policies, spending and audits of the Foundation.

The FRC Foundation scholarship and program funds benefit our students, campus, and programs. FRC Foundation funds are kept and managed separately from the college by a local accounting business. Our endowed funds are invested in partnership with the Network of California Community Colleges and the Barnard Osher Foundation.
FRC Foundation is audited annually by Crowe Horwath LLP.
